We took advantage of the coat check on the floor above. This was MLK weekend and not too crowded. We took the shuttle from the West Baden hotel. anyone treating a guest this way shouldve been terminated shouldnt matter what a person looks like to be treated that way.

i miss the great service you used to have. especially after spending about 300 at the games and shes worried about a $4.00 drink. we played for about 4 hours and when i returned to the bar in the VIP lounge i asked for a drink,instead i get asked 'who is the drink for?' i said me! she then asked a second time and stated she wanted to make sure i was gonna give it to a person with a wrist band.basically calling me a ined my night again.when i complained they said they would 'talk' to her.Not acceptable. i sincerely hope it wasnt cuz he looks Black.We decided to return last night 3/22.14.just me and my girl after a long week at work we needed to get away.we are emerald card holders and wanted to take advantage of the perks. 1st experience 2 summers ago me and my fiance' were at the casino gambling and left her son (23yo) back in the hotel to curity followed him around and eventually wanted to 'remove him from the premises' saying he wasnt a guest even after he showed them his room key. We love coming to French Lick and usually have a great time.The last couple of times however have been absolutely less then friendly.
